So resurrecting means the Kirko join Carminia, not resurrecting means they join CORE or are independent. The xenoplague combo with dvar is an interesting choice since both have heavy demands on the military tech trees and many dvar units are mechanical so cannot benefit from the xenoplague mods while they lack a bio weapons tree meaning the xenoplague units have limited offensive capabilities.
